When code gets cheap, accountability does not ยท San Diego, CA

We connect your product, get it through review, and keep it running.

AI makes code cheap to write. The hard parts stay hard: integrating with systems you do not control, passing a health system's security review, and being accountable for production at 3 a.m. That is the work we own, for digital-health companies first and for any software that has outgrown how it was built.

Together since 2018 The same core team built and ran the Myia Health remote-care platform, integrated with Epic through a health system.
Covered day and night A US company with US-based staff by day and engineers in Armenia through the US night.
Fixed scope, written terms Fixed prices for defined work, and response times written into every operations agreement.

What we own

The parts of software that do not get cheaper.

01

EHR integration

Connect your product to the health system's EHR through FHIR APIs, HL7 interfaces, or an integration platform such as Redox, tested with the health system and documented.

02

Security review readiness

Close the gaps a health system's security review will find: access control, audit logging, encryption, backups, incident response, and the questionnaire itself.

03

Production operations

Monitoring, on-call, incident response, and integration upkeep, with response times by severity in the agreement.

04

Re-platform and rescue

For any software built fast, by a vendor, a small team, or AI tools: make it production-grade, then run it.

05

AI without losing control

Add AI to an existing product with human review, permission boundaries, and evaluation, so it can be trusted in production.

See how engagements work

How every engagement starts

Review, diagnose, fix, run.

  1. Free 60-minute review

We look at what the health system or your customers will ask for, where the gaps are, and whether we are the right fit.

  2. Diagnostic

A paid, fixed-scope review of your product, data flows, and infrastructure. You get a written plan, the architecture decisions that matter, and a fixed quote. You keep the plan either way.

  3. Fixed-price project

EHR integration, security-review readiness, or a re-platform, delivered against the written scope.

  4. Run it

A monthly agreement to monitor, support, and improve what we built or inherited, with response times by severity.

Work we have done

Built, integrated, and run in production.

Digital health

Myia Health remote-care platform

Our team built the entire platform behind Myia Health and grew it to 5,000 daily active patients, integrated with Epic through a health system and with Redox, under HIPAA.

Re-platform

Spatial-data platform rebuild

For a current client, we rewrote the platform, web apps, and infrastructure from the ground up, with infrastructure as code, data pipelines, and 3D point-cloud visualization on the web.

Trust

How we handle access and PHI

Named accounts with multi-factor authentication, client-owned environments, no PHI in development, and a US-only option for clients that require it.

About

A US company with a team that has worked together since 2018.

Our core team started together on Myia Health in 2018, worked as Cyber Labs in Yerevan, Armenia, from 2020 to 2025, and now operates as Cyber Labs Solutions, LLC, a US company in San Diego.

We price the outcome, not the headcount. When AI makes our engineers faster, the work gets done sooner; it does not get billed by the hour.
